This week's highlights

Pool Party! Chilling with Arlo and Sophia in the backyard.

On our visit to the zoo this morning, we caught a rare glimpse of one of the orangutangs crossing above us on the ropes!

Who is more excited?

Summer travels, so far...

Here is Norah on the 4th of July. She had just woken up from a nap and realized that she can say Stella's name. Here she is calling "Lella!"
Woobie on the Bay.

A wind-blown Henry family just after Norah's first dip in the Chesapeake Bay.

Norah and her Dada.

In Florida at the end of June, checking out the baby tortoise we found.

I never thought I was overprotective until I saw my child in this outfit.

Posing in pink.

Happy Father's Day! Patrick gave Norah her first taste of ice cream.

Old Friend

Remember the photos of those two babies lying on their bellies on the floor? They've learned to sit up, crawl, throw food, grab toys and walk nearly a year later. Sophia is moving to California in July, so I took a few pictures of them together today at the monastery gardens near our house.

Hear no evil, speak no evil.....trouble makers.

Gossiping.

Are you ready boots? Start walking.

To celebrate the holiday weekend, Norah decided to stand up, dust off her hands and walk. There's no stopping her now...She's practically packing for college. Sniff, sniff.

What's up? Just walking. Drinking. No big deal.

So which do you want first, the good news or the bad news?

Ok. Bad news first: I gave Norah a haircut.

Good news: Norah is on the verge of something big!
